Training individuals is one thing, sharing knowledge with the whole team is another. To ensure that everyone benefits from new knowledge, we have introduced ‘Wednesdays for Wisdom’ at Excelsea. Once a month, the team meets remotely and a colleague takes it in turns to share their newly acquired knowledge with everyone else. This ensures that everyone stays up to date. At the same time, we have created another meeting place for colleagues who work exclusively from home.
