Seed phase successfully completed:

Excelsea receives fresh capital to advance the further development of the markee location service cloud.

Nuremberg, 11 October 2021 – Excelsea completes the seed phase with a seven-digit amount. Advantago GmbH & Co. KG and Nobel Tech OÜ are involved. Excelsea wants to use the fresh capital to further expand its Markee Service Cloud and intensify internationalization.

The seed financing round was led by the main shareholder advantago, which initially became the sole owner of the technology, formerly called leadhub location service cloud, at the beginning of September. Now on board is Nobel Tech OÜ from Tallinn, Estonia. A subsidiary of Nobel Digital OÜ, which took over the directory business in Estonia and has made a name for itself as a digital marketing agency in recent years. With the investment of Nobel Tech OÜ, Excelsea also has direct market access in the Estonian region and can offer its service portfolio there.

Efficient digital marketing and uniform brand presence

With Markee, the software-as-a-service solution, Excelsea offers agencies, multipliers and large companies in particular a way to efficiently coordinate the digital marketing of their customers or for their own organization. Markee can be seamlessly integrated into the existing digital service landscape and achieves direct cost benefits for its users with full control over the processes. At the same time, Markee ensures a consistent market presence.

Jens Unger, Managing Director of Excelsea, is satisfied with the successful completion of the seed phase and, in view of the new shareholder duo, looks positively into the future: “We are grateful to have two great shareholders and members of SIINDA (search & information industry association) on board. Together with them, we want to establish a European alternative on the market in the SaaS sector for digital marketing.”
