We are looking for a new colleague for our Tech Support. Maybe this is the right position for you!
YOUR TASKS
- You are the contact person for our 1st level CSM team and support them in solving problems. Either independently or together with our development team.
- You analyze complex technical IT software issues.
- You develop independent solutions or take over the processing for the development team.
- You support the optimization of our processes.
- You contribute ideas for product improvements to the team and pass them on to the product team.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an IT education related to development and databases or comparable or professional experience in this area.
- You have a very good technical understanding.
- You already have at least 2 years of experience in IT services / development.
- You are the master of the service concept – with a smile on your face you find solutions, especially for the internal departments involved.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have the ability to find your way in a fast-paced environment and you are an open and communicative person.
- You enjoy exploring new areas.
- You are fluent in German and English.
