This means that every single team member completed the feedback questionnaires in full and on time. Why are we celebrating this?
Because, to us, feedback isn’t just a formality – it’s a gift.
We firmly believe that honest and constructive feedback is one of the most important building blocks for personal growth. And the perfect foundation for a strong HashtagTeaM.

That is why, once a year, we set aside time to:
– providing feedback to direct team members
– providing feedback to one’s own manager
– a self-assessment including personal goals for the coming year

In our view, this time is well spent. After all, an open feedback culture does not develop on its own. It requires structure, trust, and a willingness to learn from one another.

The fact that everyone participated this year shows us that this philosophy is truly lived out within our HashtagTeaM.
