21 February is International Mother Language Day! Our team brings together colleagues from many different countries, each speaking their own mother language. Each language is a window into a unique culture that broadens our shared horizons. This diversity fuels our creativity. We don’t just embrace diversity – we live it!
Of course, with all this cultural richness, clear communication is essential within our Hashtag#TeaM. That’s why we use English as our common corporate language.
Good to know: International Mother Language Day was established by UNESCO in 2000 to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. Since then, it has been celebrated every year on 21 February – a day to remind us of the value of our linguistic identity.
Let’s celebrate multilingualism and the importance of our mother tongues!
