YOUR MISSION
- Promoting customer loyalty, building consultative and positive relationships with our customers and partners.
- Responding to 1st level support requests and managing the 2nd and 3rd level processes.
- Understand customer’s business objectives and anticipate future needs to deliver efficient solutions
- New customer onboarding: seamlessly onboarding customers and partners and developing consistent processes for all customers
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Obtain customer feedback to act as an internal advocate for our customers
- Communicate regularly with clients to assess satisfaction levels
YOUR PROFILE
- Training in the field of media communication / business management or comparable or professional experience in this field.
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing (e.g. Google Advertising / Facebook / Instagram / Google Business Profiles)
- Service orientation in customer care and in dealing with customers / partners
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Language skills: German fluent, English basic
